Our Approach

Dynamic Solutions Pediatric Physical and Occupational Therapy was founded in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn in a brownstone garden apartment, by Dr. Mirav Newman, PT, DPT. Born out of passion to provide quality treatment and services, Dynamic Solutions was started to fill a gap and provide a safe place for children to move in a healthy way and feel supported within their community.

Dr. Mirav’s training from the midwest offered her a strong medical background and that coupled with her passion drove her to research the best methods. At the core of the practice, Dynamic Solutions emphasizes the highest quality therapy based on principles of good body alignment and overall wellness of the child in all areas of development. Occupational therapy seemed like an essential component of care for children with disabilities to advance their motor abilities and improve their social-emotional function. The incorporation of sensory based techniques to support motor skills helps all children move with more ease and remove obstacles of development in many areas. Growth and development is an ongoing venture for Dynamic Solutions, with 2 offices in Brooklyn and an office in Long Island now, and a strong drive to provide the most up to date therapy interventions to all. 

After over 25 years of practice, our greatest joy and passion remains the same: to provide each child and family with the best possible care in a safe environment through the use of thorough evaluations, comprehensive treatment planning, use of evidence based practice, and expertise that is the best in the area.
